KPL and Truth, Racial Healing, and Transformation invite youth 12-21 to join us for discussion of identity, social justice, and community, based around the remarkable book The Hate U Give by Angie Thomas.  Each series of three weekly events kicks off with a youth-led book discussion, followed by a TRHT Healing circle, and finally, a youth-led community visioning session to imagine together a community free of racism. Join us for all 3 and receive a movie pass to see The Hate U Give in theaters. 

Books are available now at the Central Library and the Alma Powell Branch. Books will also be available at the event. Join us for food and conversation!
